Cosmetic bottles printing method production

Printing is the major aspects of the cosmetic packaging materials process production ,printing process is generally used for LOGO and patterns processing.

Cosmetic printing can be generally divided into five methods: screen printing, hot stamping printing , water transfer printing , heart transfer printing , offset printing. The following are the characteristics of these five printing methods:

Screen printing: the effect after printing has obvious concave and convex, because it is a layer of ink.

The regular bottle of screen printing (cylindrical type) can be printed in one processing. And has two inks are self-drying ink and UV ink.

Hot stamping printing: it is a ultra thin layer of foil hot stamping on it, so there is no concave and convex visual effect.

Water transfer printing: It is an irregular printing process carried out in water. The patterns printed are not consistent, and the price is more expensive.

Heat transfer printing: Heat transfer printing is used for large volume, complex printing products, belong to the surface attached to a layer of film, the price is expensive.

Offset printing: mainly used for aluminum soft tubes and plastic soft tubes.
